With more than 20 years’ experience practicing exclusively in family law, Reagan is the only lawyer on the Darling Downs and South-West to be recognized by the leading and independent Doyle’s Guide as the pre-eminent in Family and Divorce Lawyers every year since 2015. He again individually achieved the highest three (3) legal industry’s rankings for Regional Queensland in 2022 and the practice has ranked as the First Tier Family Law Firm every year since its inception. In 2017, he was a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Australian Family Law Partner of the Year Awards.

As a graduate, Teigan worked as the Legal Associate to the Honourable Justice Michelle May in the Appeals Division of the Family Law Court of Australia.

Katherine Marshall


Katherine has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology concurrently and was admitted as a legal practitioner in June 2011.
Katherine has worked exclusively with Reagan in family law since 2016 and has a passion for this area of law.
Assisting clients to implement appropriate arrangements for their children is one of Katherine’s key areas of expertise. She works with clients to identify an arrangement that is in the best interests of their children and pragmatically works with the other side in achieving that outcome.
Katherine also has an interest in matters relating to the division of property and, in particular, helping clients transition smoothly to a position where they are financially independent from their former spouse. Katherine’s diverse background in other areas of law (particularly Business Structuring and Asset Protection) allows her to deal with the most complex property matters such as companies and trusts, with ease and efficiency.

He continues to engage in a number of local sports and events, primarily for a local rugby union club. Reilly, outside of his work, has a keen interest in four-wheel driving, camping, and travelling.
